• Mount the panel somewhere you can clearly see the voltmeter at a glance.

• Use heat shrink and waterproof connectors for boats or wet areas.

• Keep the main feed fused to protect your wiring and accessories.

• If your voltage drops below normal levels, turn off high draw loads to preserve battery health.

• Label the switches for easy identification in the dark.

• Use suitable cable gauge if powering multiple accessories to prevent voltage drop.

• Clean the display occasionally to keep the reading visible and clear.

Installation Steps

1. Prepare the cut-out:
   Mark the required dimensions (approx. 165 mm × 68 mm) and cut the opening. Deburr edges and test-fit the panel.

2. Mount the panel:
   Use the supplied stainless steel screws to secure the panel in place. Avoid overtightening to preserve gasket sealing.

3. Wiring connections:

   • Connect the main 12 V positive feed to the panel’s input terminal.

   • Connect the main negative (ground) to a common grounding bar.

   • Run output wires from each switch to the corresponding load or accessory.

   • If equipped with a voltmeter or socket, follow wiring diagram (usually shares positive input).

4. Insert fuses:
   Fit the correct-rated blade fuses for each circuit, matching load requirements.

5. Test operation:
   After securing the front cover, power the system and test each switch. Confirm LEDs light up when active and that connected devices function properly.

6. Secure wiring:
   Use cable ties and clips to prevent movement, vibration, or chafing. Protect wire entry points with rubber grommets.
