A cleaner way to wire the build. Every loom below is supplied to builders through our sales team.

A plug-and-play solution
Ford Ranger inverter patch plug
Retains the factory in-cabin inverter outlet when the rear tub has been removed during a canopy conversion. The patch plug connects directly into the factory rear inverter outlet loom and sends the required signal to the vehicle's inverter, so the interior power outlet keeps working without the original tub connection.

- Install point
- Rear inverter outlet loom
- Connects into the existing rear inverter outlet loom.
- Helps retain operation of the inverter outlet inside the cab.
- A neat, repeatable solution instead of an improvised bypass.

Power from the vehicle. Ready at the canopy.
Starter battery to canopy looms
A ready-to-install connection from the vehicle's starter battery to the rear canopy, for compatible DC-DC chargers, auxiliary batteries and other high-current canopy equipment. Two configurations let you choose the length and ignition function the install needs.
- 6m power loom: a protected high-current power connection from the starter battery to the rear canopy.
- 5m power + ignition loom: the same core power connection, plus a blue ignition wire and single-wire WP1 output for equipment that needs an ignition trigger signal.
| 6m power loom | 5m power + ignition | |
|---|---|---|
| Length | 6 metres | 5 metres |
| Power cable | 6AWG | 6 B&S |
| Protection | 60A fuse and holder | 60A fuse and holder |
| Termination | Lugs and heat-shrink | Lugs and heat-shrink |
| Power output | 50A Anderson connector | Anderson connector |
| Ignition output | Not included | Blue ignition wire with single-wire WP1 output |
| Conduit | PA6 high-temperature automotive | PA6 |
The 5m power + ignition loom suits equipment that needs both charge power and a switched vehicle input, including compatible:
- DC-DC chargers
- Battery management systems
- Canopy control systems
- Ignition-aware accessories
- Vehicle integration equipment

Lock the vehicle. Lock the canopy.
Central locking looms
When the vehicle is locked or unlocked, the canopy doors should follow. Central locking looms create a direct interface between the vehicle's central locking status and the canopy door actuators, in three configurations:
- Standard: essential vehicle-linked canopy locking.
- Premium: adds fuse and relay distribution, alarm connections and door-trigger functionality.
- Emergency vehicle: builds on Premium with a common earth pole, an Anderson power input and a 12-pin DT connector for circuits configured by the vehicle builder.

A small alert with a practical purpose
Ignition door alarm
An open canopy door can be damaged, or leave an unsecured load area, once the vehicle starts moving, and it isn't always visible from the driver's seat. The ignition door alarm warns the driver when the ignition is on and a canopy door is still open. It only activates when both conditions are present, so it doesn't sound when the vehicle is switched off.
Ignition active+Canopy door open=Driver warning
- Monitors the vehicle ignition signal.
- Monitors compatible canopy door-trigger inputs.
- Activates when the ignition is on and a door remains open.
- Provides an audible warning inside the cabin.

Match the loom to the build
Chassis loom range
Not every vehicle body needs the same power capacity or connection set. The Holroyd | BMPRO chassis loom range comes in three levels, so it's easier to pick a starting point for lighting, trailer functions, fridge power, Anderson power and TrailSafe integration.
-
1
Standard Essential connection
The core connections for straightforward vehicle body installations: 12-pin running-light wiring, an 8 B&S power cable and a dedicated ignition wire.
-
2
Premium Greater integration
Adds a 12-pin trailer plug, Anderson power output and TrailSafe WeatherPack connection, while keeping the 8 B&S power cable and integrated ignition wire.
-
3
Platinum Higher-capacity power
The Premium connection configuration with an upgraded 6 B&S cable for more demanding applications.
- Clear routing
- Built to suit
- Repeatable installation

A finished connection for a cleaner install
240V connection: IEC C13 to dual-pole GPO
The outlet is one of the most visible parts of an inverter installation. This pre-assembled connection links a compatible inverter output directly to a finished black dual-pole outlet, which can reduce preparation during installation and give a more consistent result across repeated vehicle builds.
- IEC C13 connection at the inverter side.
- Pre-assembled connection.
- Designed for repeatable compatible inverter installations.
- Practical connection for canopy and vehicle applications.
Electrical compliance: all 240V electrical work must be completed and certified by an appropriately licensed A-grade electrician.
